12 year anniversary and a new job!!

Wednesday was a very nice day for me, Harm and i had our 12 year anniversary, we are not married but we ware together for 12 years so he bought me some lovely flowers.

An other special thing was that i got the job i applied for, it will be a job at a smaller docters'office and i think i will feel much better there. Today i told y colleaques that i will leave and that was a bit hard but i am still happy with the decision i made.

little lambs

Today we visited friends who have some sheep and ofcourse also lambs.
They are soo cute and cuddly as you can see at the photo above Tom loved to cuddle them too.

This weeks update.

Last weekend i found a great American site with all sorts of recipes and i made these chocolate chip muffins, they turned ourt very well and sooo easy to make. i just love muffins and cupcakes. I found this book at an online bookstore and i just had to buy it, they use a lot of backing soda, also in the american recipes so i have to try to find that here.

This morning Harm colored and decorated 20 eggs for easter together with the boys. i was happy i didn't buy more eggs because he would have decorated those too i think.

New card-kit

This week i received a new card-kit again, this one is also a great one, i love the paper and all the other stuff.

Now all i need is a lot of time to make fb's and use all the paper i received via previous card kits, lol.

Today i went to a show with Tom at the theater, he had so much fun!!
And i did too.
The show was from "piet Piraat"a friendly pirate , very famous here in Holland and in Belgium too.

What i bought lately............( too much again)

Last weekend i went to the movies in the morning because a friend had won some tickets for the movie"bride war", it was funny!! But also a good story about true friendship.
After the movie we went into town and i bought a few little things, it was good i didn't spend more because i saw so much more i would want to buy.
These lovely bracelets, unfortunatly i already lost a bead from the one above, luckaly it wasn't that expensive.....

A lovely scarf, i love to wear them, they are colorfull and warm.

Here are the fb's i made via groupswap, they turned out nice, not fantastic i think. I do love to use the caron vinson pictures , i hardly find any new drawings made by her so i use my 3d cutting sheets. I hope the person who they are made for will like them.


Oh, i just had to buy these on etsy.....

I love cupcakes, prints with cupcakes, pictures with cupcakes , they just make me happyyyyyy

And the lovely asian dolls, aren't they cute? All i need now is waterresistant ink so i can use them with my derwent pencils.

There is so much more on my wishlist but i have to hold myself back. The sunny weather will be here soon and i need some nice clothes....

received another card today

Today i received the 2nd card via postcrossing, i am really hooked to it now.
The lady who sended me this card wrote the card in Dutch and she lives in France so i thought that was very nice of her.
I just booked a little trip for us and the kids, a few days in may, looking forward to it and i hope the weather will be nice.
This weekend i want to try to update this blog some more and write some letters again.
